Our Iveagh Bistro is the perfect place to wrap your taste buds around locally distilled Irish Whiskeys, such as Jameson and Teelings. These world famous Irish Whiskeys or Uisce Beatha, meaning water of life, as it is locally known are distilled within walking distance of Ashling Hotel. You can enjoy distillery tours, and sample their wares, while soaking up some intriguing tastes of the city’s history.

Relax after a busy day of exploring and try one of our renowned Iveagh Bistro cocktails. We stock 20 different gins in our bar from 5 countries across the world, not forgetting our whiskies and spirits – we have a cocktail for everyone’s taste buds. Treat yourself – you deserve it!

Yes, we can arrange a private dining space for a special occasion.
Yes dinner is served in our Chesterfield Brasserie restaurant - please call +353 (0)1 6772324 or email [email protected] to make a booking.
We serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals in Chesterfield Brasserie 7 days a week. We also have a 24 hour pizza room service menu. Food is also served in our Iveagh Bistro. Lunch menu is served from 12 – 9pm. All dietary requirements are catered for, please contact the Hotel or advise your server on the day.
