Both spacious and bright, Chesterfield Brasserie has a wonderful selection of traditional Irish favourites along with sumptuous steaks, mussels and an extensive wine list. Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday, 5 pm to 9 pm

Breakfast
The highlight for many guests during their stay is the breakfast and Chesterfield Brasserie do not disappoint. Our refreshing breakfast buffet has something for everyone with over 100 delicious food items.
Start with a choice of juices, fresh fruit salad, granola pots and a variety of breakfast cereals, teas and coffees.
Also served will be a hot buffet all contains the ingredients to a hearty Irish breakfast from grilled bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, black & white pudding and beans.
All the above are served with a selection of bread and toasts. Gluten free options are also available, on request.
Lunch
Delicious lunch options served daily in our Iveagh Bistro. Relish in a wide selection of scrumptious bites from sandwiches and paninis to soup of the day. Rest assured there is something for everyone.

Having received an AA Rosette in our Chesterfield Brasserie you can rest assured a delicious meal awaits. Our Head Chef, Samir Beskri , has created delectable dinner menus which combine new style cuisine with many of the traditional Dublin favourites such as Smoky Dublin Bay Seafood Chowder and St. James Gate Beef and Guinness Pie.
Every dish is carefully prepared and an extensive wine list ensures that your meal will be perfectly complimented every time.
FESTIVE DINNER
Dine with us during the festive season and enjoy our exclusive Christmas dinner menu. Includes traditional Irish favourites such as freshly carved crown of turkey, alongside some delectable twists like barberry duck breast and winter cured Wexford salmon gravlax.

We serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals in Chesterfield Brasserie 7 days a week. We also have a 24 hour pizza room service menu. Food is also served in our Iveagh Bistro. Lunch menu is served from 12 – 9pm. All dietary requirements are catered for, please contact the Hotel or advise your server on the day.
